Don't bother with these. I bought these a couple yrs ago and they were effective. Now you can barely smell anything on these plasters, and consequently they have NO MEASURABLE EFFECT on blood sugar. You're wasting your money if you buy these.

Diabetic on Metformin - used for patch for one month, Now only take one Metformin instead of 2. Felt hungry all the time before the patch, Blood sugar now fine - feel much better. I think it is important to regulate diet with the patch for best results. Would like to know the ingredients to share with doc. Glad it is available on Amazon now - was expensive from China!

Does not work at all. Use it for 2 weeks. First it will roll up on ur navel and would not stay in place.
