Rest Easy
An excellent cctv recorder, worked straight from the box. I down-loaded the manual from Swann which I printed and bound, this gave insight to the extra capabilities of the device. Peace of mind, wonderful.

Great replacement
Bought to replace previous unit which had stopped working on two of the ports, very pleased with this unit.

Rubbish product, ueseless without Windows10 client
Previous unit failed after 15 months DVR 8500, not impressed. Replacement DVR-4575 only has mobile phone client which understandably does not allow remote Admin access to control unit, settings, etc. Not having a Windows 10 client means I have to link a monitor to my unit which is in the loft of my stable block to perform admin tasks, i.e. reset time after power cuts. Viewing, downloading recordings, editing, etc not available on my PC powerline adaptor connection. Wish I had never bought it, especially as Swann provide a link to a non existent windows10 client.
