Nature's Bounty Stress Relief Ashwagandha KSM 66 Tablets, Mood Support, 50 Count

This would have been my third or fourth bottle of them. I loved them for the time that I had them however, I’m leaving them behind to use another brand as I need a lower dosage. They have been great. I recommend them to anybody considering them. They’re very easy to use and the size is not intolerable. I liked the ingredients that they had to offer especially the KSM 66 I noticed how calm I was and as someone who has been dealing with a lot of stress, I’ve gotten a great use out of them. Great for calming energy, I do find that pairing this with magnesium has been a great deal of help for me and I sleep better.

I did not realize that drowsiness is a possible side effect since so many reviews say there are no side effects, but it is in fact written on the bottle. For me, this could be an effective nighttime tool for reducing anxiety. However, it makes me feel sedated to the point that I don't see it as a viable option for reducing stress/anxiety during the day. I'm not sure if it makes me less stressed/anxious, or if it just makes me too tired to care. Will not continue using this.

I highly recommend this product it does work for people that have bad anxiety and stress issues it helps calm the person down and it helps get rid of the anxiety I do recommend this product to people that have really severe exciting stress it works wonders 😁. And I will continue buying this product cuz it helps me.
