Love this waist cincher!
(Used as post-partum belly binder.) Purchased this item on the amazon UK website. Even though the item came all the ways from America, delivery was very quick (less than a week). The seller was very helpful and replied to email queries straight away. I have been wearing this for 5 days now. Here are some highlights of what I found with this product: SIZE- get the size according to the sizing chart. I followed some of the reviews saying to order a size up and regretted it. True, when it arrived I could hardly put it on without having to lie on my back but within 3 days I could hook it up on the 2nd rows without any difficulties and whilst upright. Now I have to order a smaller one in only 5 days! MATERIAL - high quality cotton and rubber. Expect to smell the rubber but after a while, you won't notice it anymore. As what most have experienced, if you find skin contact is uncomfortable do try wearing it over a thin fitted top. I didn't mind wearing it either way. COMFORT - depends on one's tolerance for compression. I have been wearing a belly binder 24/7 in last 6 weeks post-partum so wearing this isn't much of a discomfort. The first wear was the hardest but totally forgot I was wearing it within an hour. Now I am wearing it over my tubigrip compression binder to give me more compression. Hence, I definitely need to get the XS soon. I didn't experience any rolling up or down even though I wear this for over 12 hours everyday. I also didn't get any bulges/spillage over the top or under. Just make sure you wear a low cut knickers for easy access when going to the loo. Will definitely recommend this over belly bandit and other waist shapers such as flexees etc. which I've tried in the past.

A good waist cincher
I have a diastasis from pregnancy, and have tried a couple of splints, also from a well known company, but found it was uncomfortable and rolled up, and I ended up not using it. Although this cincher is not specifically designed for diastasis, I find I can wear it all day. It is fairly comfortable as far as cinchers go, and does not ride up. You have to wear really low cut underwear, as it reaches from underneath the bust to just above the pubis. I have found that after wearing it for about a week now, my waist has slightly reduced in size (may also be due to diet), and I may have to order another smaller one. A big positive over other splints, is that you cannot see it under clothes. Even quite thin clothing. A negative I suppose, is that there could have been another row of clasps, so you could use it for longer, as now I am going to have to purchase another smaller one. So my advice would probably be, go for a slightly smaller size if you are just on the border. But other wise measure yourself, and choose the correct fit they recommend. Also, if you do have a diastasis, this cincher may help hold everything in, but certainly should not be used as an alternative to tightening the core transverse muscles.

Good fit!
This is the second of these I have bought, and they do their job well. Really improves waist appearance. However, after a while they stretch and are not as tight as at the beginning, but this takes several weeks of wearing. Altogether a good buy.

SIZING ISNT RIGHT BUT I LIKE IT
Ok so I ordered this yesterday in an XL received it today and noticed that the box had 14-16 on it now on the size guide an XL has UK 20 next to it. I'm a size 16-18 but thought I would get the 20 because retail sizes are never actually true to size. It fits but it's squeeze and a half and I needed a few inches more but i think that if I wear it for a day and break into it it should be fine. Other then that I'm happy with how quick it came and the fact that the brand is genuine because you will find that a lot of websites to get these waist cinchers are fake. As for quality it smells like actual rubber so the description of it being made of part rubber is true and it feels like it will last a while. If your looking to get your waist nipped in then a much smaller size is what you should opt for

Brilliant
Squeem arrived within 2 weeks which I thought was very good as it came from America. When I first tried it on I thought it was too small but I did eventually manage to pull it together to clip the hooks into the eyes. It certainly pulled my stomach and waist in and gave me a nice shape under dresses, no lumps and bumps at all very smooth. The squeem did not ride up at all stayed in place all day, it is very strong as it is made of rubber it does smell abit but it wont put you off. I have been wearing for 2 weeks now and have begun on the second row of clips, hoipefully buy a smaller one soon. Great product wish I had bought one earlier

A quality product worth every penny!!
This 'Perfect Waist' trainer is brilliant. I ordered a size smaller (size 16 UK with 34inch waist ordered a M) as i'm currently loosing weight and it fits, i would recommend ordering to size or a size smaller if your loosing weight. It should cover roughly 2/3 of your waist naturally without being stretched. I had a little bit of a struggle to get on but I expected that. The smell of rubber really isn't so bad at all, i'm just glad that it is it's made from natural rubber and cotton rather than synthetic materials. It clinches my waist, lifts my breasts and straightens my back and is worth every penny i paid for it. It's a little bit uncomfortable the first day but soon you wont even notice its there. There is a slight horizontal crease in the waist clincher around the middle of my back when i wear it, but it doesn't bother me. Thinking of purchasing another design in the range next. Very Happy! Thank you!!

Great buy!
This product is so comfortable to wear. Bought it after reading a review for the top 10 waist cinchers - this was number 1 and it deserves its top spot. Will buy the nude colour as well.

Amazing quality! I am loving my new (and first!) waist trainer. It was a little hard to get on the first few times but it's great now! I purchased a medium and have a 33" waist.

I bought this a bit on a whim to see what all the fuss was about with the waist trainers. So many women have posted positive reviews. I have been working out a lot and want a rockin summer body this year! I've always been shaped a bit straight without a lot of curvy-ness. I have a small chest (34B) but in the past few years my hips have gotten wider. Part of that I think is getting in my "baby bearing" hips (I just turned 24) and the other part is of my own choice. I workout a lot and have added several inches to my backside with weight training. Anyway, I am pretty lean and in shape but I've always felt like my waist didn't reflect that so I thought I'd try this. Here are the rest of my measurements: 5'7", 135 lbs, and I started this with a 29" waist, measured at my "natural waistline" which is three fingers above your belly button. I usually wear a 27" in jeans and pants so that shows that you have to actually measure your waist for sizing. The first day I only wore it for a few hours and I was actually sore in my core and back. While this waist trainer isn't super intense, your body just isn't used to wearing something like this. It is flexible enough so that it isn't painful, but strong enough that it keeps your core engaged. The next day I was able to wear it quite a bit longer and have been wearing it for 8 hours/day at work since. March 12th was the first day that I wore it. This Thursday (March 26th) I'll have been using it for 2 weeks and as of right now I have already lost a half inch on my waist! I plan on waiting until Monday of next week (March 30th) to start wearing it on the next tightest hooks but I could do that for a few hours comfortably now if I wanted to. I have NOT been wearing this on the weekends or at the gym. I don't think it would be a good waist trainer for the gym, but I am currently looking for something like that. It has a soft rubber outside and soft cotton inside. You could wear it directly on your skin if you wanted to I think but I wear it over a cami. I work in an office all day and can tell a huge difference in my posture already. I haven't hunched over my keyboard since I got my Squeem! UPDATE (4/8/15): I have officially lost 2 inches from my waist. If I measure right after I take off the Squeem, it might be a little more but as I expected, this is not a permanent thing. Your waist does expand a little once you let it out of the corset/girdle (let's be honest, that's what this is :)). I do still like it though. 2 inches is quite a bit! I have been upping my cardio and weightlifting routine as well, but for not even having been wearing it a month, I'm happy with the results. I can see more definition in my stomach/abs also. I think I'll post pictures to this review soon. Maybe one showing what my stomach looks like normally, right after taking off the Squeem, and what it looks like when it's on. Hope this helps!
