If you have trouble with strength in your hand's don't buy this as I've not been able to pull the bits a part, also the weighted ball doesn't go round the whole circle so the counter doesn't work as my daughter has tried to use it, It is not easy to use....Mine sitting in a box. waste

Also, dass ich damit abnehmen kann, wage ich zu bezweifeln. Das Armband ist nicht sehr groß und passt mir gerade so. Ich habe ein sehr schmales Handgelenk. Also für etwas kräftigere Handgelenke, ist es zu eng.Aber es sieht gut aus und passt auch zu den anderen Armbändern, die ich dazu trage.

Es soll beim Abnehmen helfen, aber...
.... Es wirkt keine Wunder.Es sieht gut aus und es lässt sich angenehm tragen.Ob es beim Abnehmen hilft weiß ich noch nicht. Ich habe etwas abgenommen, kann aber muss nicht am Armband liegen.Was es gebracht hat ist das es bei der Verdauung geholfen hat. Die ist seit dem besser.Auch wenn es nur Placebo Effekte ist, ist es mir egal.
