Poorly Packaged
The glass came with a huge crack in the bottom left corner, looked like it was stepped on or dropped or something like that. The box itself was undamaged, but the glass was sparsely padded, and therefore free to slide around inside with nothing to stop it. The staples that were supposed to be holding the box together were loose in places as well. Overall, good product, really poor packaging.
