Is this safe to be used for the outside of a chicken coop.

Should be fine, keep the chickens away while it is still wet. It's good stuff, I put extra coats on our wooden garden furniture and the rain water just beads straight off.

Hello, Would this be suitable to use to waterproof a wooden mini greenhouse that has a grey wood finish?

Not sure, I used it to seal a brick porch and I found it gives very good water proofing, maybe wood would be over porous for it to be effective.

Can this be used on playhouse that is painted ?

Yes l would say it can be used on painted surfaces. It's a milky colour but dries clear.

I wouldn't. For your application I'd suggest Hard Wax Oil. Looks like a varnish but is extremely water repellant and soaks into the wood rather than a varnish that can get water ingress underneath
