So like all the other reviews, the breathing and heartbeat can be creeepy, but it never bothered my now 16mo (we started using it when she was 12mo) I purchased this because after being an amazing “sleep through the night” baby pretty much since she was 5mo, she started not being able to soothe herself to sleep. Everyone said put her to sleep with her favorite doll or stuffed animal, but she disliked anything soft or fluffy, from stuffed animals, to dolls, to blankets. She never has used/ like using a pacifier either. So she had no soothing mechanism. We got this doll, and she ignored it for a few nights, but then, One night she grabbed on to her, and since then, she now babbles to her, hugs her all the time, sings to her before she is going to bed, and plays with her in the morning in her crib versus crying out for us. We took the speaker out of it a couple months ago- it makes her lighter and I don’t think my daughter disliked or liked the noise- it’s just the doll is so soft, absorbs our smell which I think is what soothes her, and the little legs and hands on the doll are the perfectly sized for baby/ toddler hands. It washes well - and still looks new after over a dozen washes. My daughter now loves dolls and stuffed animals thanks to this doll showing her how soothing and fun they can be!

My child is a bit older (10 years) than this product is targeted to and therefore I was not sure if I should buy it or not. She has been dealing with anxiety and has had difficulties falling asleep for a few years. We have tried many different products with limited or no results.At first, it looked like it would be the same with this product. However, after a couple of weeks following the guidelines on how to introduce the Lulla doll to the child (on their website blog), we could see a great difference and now Hans (her name for the Lulla) is part of her sleep routine, especially those evenings when she has difficulties with sleep. At first, the sound from the doll was a bit strange to her but now it really soothes her when she hears the audio. Another positive aspect of this product is that it plays for 12 hours instead of 15-30 minutes as most other options available, the effect is that if my girl wakes up during the night, she dozes off right away.Today she is so happy with the Lulla doll that hear her tell friends about it and how it has helped her :) I can definitely recommend this product.

This seemed like a good first birthday gift but my daughter doesn't like it. It's kind of creepy looking like the head is backwards and it's hard to turn on and adjust the volume. You need to turn the volume up every time you turn it on or you can't hear it. It's way too expensive for what it is in my opinion.

It's super soft and cuddly. I will say the breathing was a bit scary at first, but now it's even relaxing when I listen to it.

This isn't a magical sleep product BUT is has helped my toddler stay asleep and the noise doesn't disrupt anyone elses sleep like our sound machine. It does seem thoughtfully made with straps to attach to a crib or bed and so far the 12 hour timer works. The doll is also super soft. I'm hoping as we transition my toddler to his own bed that RoRo will help him feel comfortable.

Our little one has been using this since he was 8 months old and it has been a LIFESAVER for us. He was a terrible sleeper from the start, and this doll is the only thing that has ever worked to help him sleep. It took about a week for him to grow attached to it, but now it is a MUST for both naps and nighttime. However, be sure to buy rechargeable batteries to use with it since it eats batteries pretty quickly. Our little guy will wake IMMEDIATELY if it turns off, so we have to be diligently with changing the batteries weekly.

We coslept for a long time and this doll has really helped us transition to longer stretches of him sleeping alone. The batteries seem to last about a month for us using it for about 12 hours per day. It always turns on with the lowest setting. We use the highest setting since we also use a sound machine. He asks for his "night night baby" every night, snuggles with it, and loves on it. The price is steep BUT it has given us more sleep which is honestly ✩✩✩✩✩priceless✩✩✩✩✩.

This doll is cute, and very soft, but the sound doesnt work. I hold down the button and press it 10x for it to stay on. I would keep it for the doll itself but just isnt worth the 60$ sending it back.
