Great product. Does exactly what we had hoped and keeps our sons old S10e fully charged while he is out playing here and there. Highly recommend. Especially if your old phone battery is not in the best of condition.

I got my case today. It was well packaged and fits snugly with my s10e. However, it makes the phone much heavier and bulkier, and very difficult to operate with just one hand. These issues don't bother me much as they were expected BUT there is one showstopper. You can't use contactless payments (e.g. Google Pay) with this case on, which for me makes it largely useless. Had I known (and I should have read the description more carefully!) I wouldn't have ordered it but, having ordered it, I'll just keep it for when I go on holiday etc. It's a shame that the original S10e has relatively poor battery life. Live and learn!

I bought it because I wanted to keep using an old phone for another year before upgrading and the battery life was annoying. It was really good and was exactly as I expected, but it stopped working after 2 months. Not the battery life expected.. however, i contacted the company and they immediately replaced the unit. I hope this lasts longer and I wish I could leave more complex review scores. I have left a five score.. because of the 5* - service, 4 - unit usage (when working), i guess any tech can have duds... so hoping the new one lasts!

Awesome case!! Absolutely helps with extending battery life. Best bit of kit i have bought in a while, would definitely recommended to anyone else.

Will get you at least one full charge, maybe another 20% on top too. But the case is chonky. I've also noticed that when you have the wide angle lense setting on in the camera you can see the edge of the case in frame. Not a huge deal breaker as you can cop it out in post.

Fantastic charger for Samsung S10e phone. Great to be able to top up phone with a single press and hold of button at back of charger. The only thing I would say it would be even better if when your phone reaches 100% the charger shuts off. Also it would be good if when you charge your phone and that reaches 100% then your charger case gets charged. I have to separately charge case and phone at night.

Was excited about this case as I had a simiar one on my iPhone in the past and was really happy with it. This one, however, is not very well designed, for multiple reasons: -It obstructs the power button too much and makes it harder to scan my fingerprint. -The Jack hole is too small for many 3.5mm jacks to fit in -The case gets really hot when charging and using at the same time -the camera cutout is too small and obstructs the ultrawide lens -When plugged and charging, the case won't charge the phone, not even after it's full, so you can wake up in the morning with a fully charged case and a phone on 10%, which is dumb. -Contactless won't work. Although this is Samsung's fault for installing such a weak NFC sensor, bear in mind contactless payments WILL NOT work when you use this case. Avoid!
