This is the second set that I’ve bought. ( different color)The flames look realistic. Love the purple color. Add a nice ambiance to the area. Solar powered but also usb rechargeable. Going strong for 2 years now.

I purchased the first set in Dec 2020 because I loved the torch light. I didn’t put them out until April 2021. The lights are beautiful. I bought a 2nd set in May. One of my issues is the plastic extension pipes. The plastic is thin. I put the torches out and a strong breeze sent them flying. The plastic pipe cracked. I had to buy some metal pipes I could insert into the extension pipes for strength. It worked great. Now I don’t have to worry about the extension pipes breaking. I’ve been using the lights since April and 2 don’t light up anymore. I tried charging them using outlet but not working. Other than that, I enjoy the lights immensely. They look so pretty when lit. UPDATE: these lights are phenomenal. I stored them for 6 months, then put them out and after 2 days they turned on. I would definitely suggest getting them.

Loved the look and easy to set up!

My husband got me a set of these for our anniversary. Love the color. However they do NOT hold up outside. We put them inside through the week and only have them out on the weekend when we are outside. Last week 3 of the 4 stopped working. I charged them thinking they didn’t get enough sunlight. It didn’t work. So we took them apart to see if a bulb was bad and the whole inside was corroded and the wires were broke off. The first time they were put out was in April of this year. So they haven’t spent much time in the weather. The quality of this product is very poor considering how much they cost.

How wonderful to receive a product that not only meets but EXCEEDS your expectations. It is a good thing that many buyers posted videos of this product at home, or I would never have spent the money on a "simple" pair of solar lights. And these are definitely not simple solar lights! It is hard to explain--seeing really is believing--but somehow, these LED lights flash and flicker in just a random enough way to trick your eyes into seeing flames licking up inside the cage of the torch. They are quite realistic, even up close!Besides the realism of the "flames", there are other features that make these lights worth the purchase:--They are bright enough to cast a warm, firelike glow over an area like a walkway or patio--The solar panel on the top is larger than those on a typical cheap light--They look and feel sturdy and well-made, and are larger than they may appear in the photos--There is an on/off button if you choose to use itI purchased my first set of these for a gift, and now I am ordering more for myself!

These things floored us! I admit they're plastic...but here are the great things: 1. No tabs to remove or plastic film to peel off; they show up two in a carton with bubble wrap over the heads. 2. The button to turn them on requires a longish press, which keeps them from turning on or off accidentally when bumped, and it's covered with rubber. 3. Easy to test--hold one hand over the solar panel (which is the entire top of the torch, not a small rectangle or square) and hold the button until the lights turn on. 4. Last a LONG time... The first night we put them out, just after the spring equinox, they were still full brightness at sunrise. 5. BEST of ALL: these look just incredible. They look for all the world like a little basket of fire, or like we left our big fat Tiki torches burning. The flame effect and color are so realistic, I almost worry that someday we'll have a real fire and won't notice it because we're so using to these things scattered about the property. We have 8 set up right now, and want to put out about 20 more around our rural property.

Love these. Look so much like real flames. We have now ordered multiple times from a couple of suppliers. When I first saw how inexpensive they were I had my doubts as to quality. The extension connection is flimsy and so the light looks cheap when at the higher level due to it not being able to hold up straight. At lower levels they look great. They look like metal from a short distance away. They are exactly the same thing at different prices. They throw a significant amount of light at the floor level when the extension is not in use. We love that these are solar and work amazingly in the Arizona sun - last all night long! We’ve had many guests compliments and they are waiting to buy when these are back in stock.

They are awesome. They look like real torches. A bit expensive but oh so worth the money. Be careful though...there are smaller cheaper ones out there too.

Looks so real my neighbor called the fire truck. All good in the end. Sturdy.
