Not a lot of direction...
Bought this brace figuring it was for an average size person. The package comes with ZERO instructions, so i came back to the product page to follow the picture. What i noticed was it immediately felt like it may have been slipping down, it was difficult to tell as i have never worn a compression brace, so i could not tell if it was just a sensation of slipping. The next thing i noticed when i began running was pain the back of my knee/upper calf area. I pushed through to the end of my run and when i went to remove the brace it seemed to stay in place but there was fabric bunching in the knee "hole". I contacted the seller for help, but they did not respond. If you don't include instructions, at least make yourself available to help. Not happy.
