Easy to install. We used ours for a remodel and just threaded it onto an existing collar since we just floated & tiled over the old floor & didn't fully demo.

This part sucked
Male part had wrong thread size and kept coming loose. Had to buy another one from local store to make it work. Lower part was in cement and could not be removed! Cost me $20 more money to get it to work!

Piece of crap don’t buy.
Bought this for the removable drain screen when it arrived it was missing mounting stews which is essential for installation. Very disappointing that I waited for this.

Not the best
The base is black so if your shower floor is white, you will see black when you look down. Probably better to buy one that is white vs black. Also, you have to use a screwdriver to remove the 2 screws on the grate in order to remove hair and debris. Not very convenient.
