Absolutely love them. Good weight, quality way to exercise hands. I use them as baoding balls. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and carpal tunnel. Had a lot of pain and neuropathy in both hands but pain was worse in left hands due to recent flare with carpal tunnel. Pain now 95% gone. Neuropathy 9 out of the 10 fingers is gone. I’d recommend these to anyone. You won’t regret it.

I purchased my 2 inch ball just because I love copper. I won't claim any audiophile chicanery here. This is purely for the "ME" factor. This manufacturer makes the finest possible copper ball.. This is not some ball of scrap hammered and polished like most of the other offerings. It is certainly not hollow. The customer service is the best in the business with the company going above and beyond to satisfy the needs of the client. I experienced this first hand when I called in to customer service recently. They were friendly, attentive, understanding, helpful, cheerful and reverent. Willing to help me in a situation that I thought was impossible to address. I tip my hat to American Ayerveda. Its everything I hoped it would be! Perfect shine on the surface, weight, and scale. This 4" is much larger than the 3". Not inexpensive, but it feels very 'powerful.'

Wow! Energy Heaven! The cooper has given me mind clarity, and a surge of energy. This is the only way I can explain the reaction. I feel younger than prior too. Beautiful heavy 3” sphere of pure solid copper. The surface has very subtle differences in polishing from various areas, and I would have preferred no brand logo stamp. But this is probably as good as you can get.

I’m a fan of Cu, purely for its colour. This balls are nicely manufactured, the laser edging of the brand is a nice touch, it is a display of proud and satisfaction by American Ayurveda. The size I got is 1.5 inch and the weight is 260g. It’s a good addition to my copper fidget spinner.

I bought the 1.5” first and I liked it so much that I end up Buying the 2” too. They are hand finished so there were a few dents or flat spots around which were disappointing. It’s not an obvious imperfections but they weren’t hard to see or feel. Overall they are really nice to look at and feel really nice in the hand.
