Good speed but very narrow reach, less than 3 feet.
It works ok - there is a bit of noise at high speeds Installation was easy. One bolt was missing in the package. There is no regulator - not sure its normal these days to not include it. The blade size is too small and it definitely can't spread air more than 3 feet away, so the spec of covering 10 x10 room is not seen in practice. You need to sit right under it for you to feel the air. Not even 3 feet away.
