I love this stuff. I put this in every single single shaker bottle before the gym, a run, a BJJ roll, or even yard work session. It’s flavorless so you can mix it with just about anything. My favorite stack is one scoop of this, Ann LMNT flavored electrolytes pack, and 2 scoops of creatine. I don’t recommend mixing it in anything less than 16 oz per scoop otherwise the liquid feels syrupy. It’s also best to put just a little water in the cup (6oz ish) and slowly pour a scoop in while mixing it with a handheld frother otherwise it CAN clump up. But doing it this way I’ve had no problems with it all dissolving easily. This stuff is easy to portion out and travel with. Like I said I generally only use one scoop per drink for texture sake. Overall this is a great value for the money and an excellent source of carbs for anyone who needs sustainable carbs without the carb crashing from stuff like breads, rice, and pasta. As someone who struggles with those types of food period, this is a great way for me to get clean carbs that keep me fueled during any activity or excercise. This is also and extremely handy powder to have in hand for people who need help with blood sugar. My diabetic friend carries it on her person for emergencies and says it’s been a good “in between” when she starts to feel her sugar drop.

This stuff is fantastic. I don't use it as a pick me up before a workout (I have a little caffeine for that), but this is more like the turbo that keeps you going throughout the workout and pushes you a bit further. I find a steady energy with no crash. I have noticed a huge difference in energy levels and performance when I've taken this and when I haven't (with caffeine being a constant). I teach very high intensity kickboxing classes and I get though them just fine if I have this! Its a bit tough to dissolve, but will dissolve easier if you mix with some warm water/ juice first, then add the cold. Flavor is wonderful (mango).

Training for a marathon and long runs are starting to go over the 90 minute mark. Normally exercise fasted, but still take a low sugar electrolyte drink. Decided to try Vitargo for the last long run and never doing a long run without this supplement ever again. Ran for 100 minutes on single serving (2 scoops), but could have run longer. Bought the sugarless blend, but added some Gatorade for taste. Has a distinct mouthfeel, but goes down easy. No stomach upset/bloating pre workout, during workout, or post workout. Note: use a shaker bottle and make sure your liquid is added first. Even with the spring, the Vitargo will stick to the bottom of the bottle if you add it to a wet bottle. Also, let it sit in the water for a bit even after shaking. It will dissolve better. Very happy with this purchase!

This company is Amazing. I have enjoyed this product in the past. On my recent reorder it had some black flecks throughout the powder. Slight bitter taste was noted. Previous product was Great and did not have this problem. I wrote the company and returned the product--paying postage for 4 pounds of product. I was not happy in having to pay shipping for a product I felt was off. It took a little bit of back and forth and this company responded very graciously. They sent back to me an empathetic hand written letter and reimbursement for shipping. They also included a replacement product at no cost to me and a future offer. I cannot really express how positively impressed I was by this company and their Chief Revenue Officer Scott. In today's world their actions are exemplary.

This crap gels up, doesn't dissolve and actually mix, it turns into a sticky goop that sticks to your entire mouth! Literally like glue on your mouth. Oh, and you cant return it, so dont buy it to begin with

The taste of the grape flavor was not good. The mango flavor is very good. I tried my best to give the grape a chance but could not handle the taste. I would like to try other flavors but I'm afraid after trying the grape flavor. I will just stick to the mango flavor. Overall grate product I can feel and see a great difference on how I look after starting to use this product. I look fuller my muscles look good. I will definitely keep purchasing this product.
