Not only did they not fix my Kodak projector issue they made it worse .The first time I sent it in they did not fix the noise issue at all.The second time they kinda made it a little better but when i tried to use it it just fell apart like they forgot to put the screws in it.On July 7th filed another claim to get it fixed after several attempts , email phone etc they are still dicking me around and it is now August first and Im still trying to get it fixed ! WTF

i just subscribed to Asurion protection so I'm still learning more about the insurance. i believe that the insurance is necessary.

My ratings for this product are based on a promise of coverage for the product I purchased to be protected, if it fails to perform as it's supposed to, provided that I don't do anything to damage it, abuse it, etc. I always get protection for products that I purchase because such protection gives me peace of mind. Currently, I have several policies with Asurion for products from Amazon or elsewhere. The cost of this policy is reasonable, and I hope I won't need it; but if one of the products fails in some way while covered, my hope is that Asurion will come through as contracted. The other thing that gives me hope is that the name Asurion seems like it's related to "assurance" which is part of that peace of mind thing.

My physiotherapist helped me to set this up. She offered and I accepted. A little frustrating for me.
