Charger works great but doesn't dock
The charger case works great. It greatly extends the life of the battery, is very thin, doesn't slip in your hand, and is not too heavy. All of the buttons work well. This helpful company sent instructions to make sure I knew how to use the product. However, this case is not compatible with my docking station because the lightning plug on the bottom of the battery case is off center (see attached image). Also, I had to purchase a separate "extender" for the headphone jack because my headphone plug would not clear the case. So, if you purchase this case, be aware of these issues.

Shut up and take my money
I purchased this for my husband to use during a recent trip to the U.K. since outlets can be tough to find while traveling. The main reason I chose this over a more known quantity like Mophie was that every other charging case I looked at used a micro-USB connection, which would have been one more cable for my husband to keep track of. The Lacerata case uses a Lightning connection, and uses it brilliantly. The case is easy to put on and remove, and charging it as simple as plugging in your Lightning cable. Charging is quick (less than an hour) and although my husband can't tell me exactly how long a charge lasts since he never runs it down that much, it does last him all day (from about 6 a.m. to 11 p.m..) Since he's in a band, we have a few really late nights a month, and when we crawl in at 3, 4, or 5, he still has plenty of charge. Also, he is a heavy user of mail, messaging, and Internet. He gets so much extra time off this case that I can assure you that if they ever come out with a case for the 6+, I will be one of the first to buy it. Highly, highly recommended.

Performs well, but needs a lot of tinkering
In terms of actually being a battery case, I have no complaints; it holds enough capacity to charge my phone from dead and gets the job done.My issues with this all hinge around how much I have to interact with the case. Specifically, I don't want to have to *do* anything with a battery case unless I'm actually running out of battery and need to turn it on. This is not the case for you if that's what you're looking for.Specifically, the case does *not* charge by default when you plug it in - you need to hit the button on it, which charges the case instead of your phone. My expectation would be that the phone should charge to capacity and then the case, with no interaction on my end.Additionally, when you unplug the case from your charger, it turns on by default - regardless of whether it was on or off before you plugged it in. So now you need to unplug your phone and remember to hit the button on your case every single time you charge it.

LACERTA PowerCell for iPhone 6 - WARNING! DO NOT BUY! Read negative reasons below
My review is for the iPhone 6 Battery Case Works with Apple Lightning Cord, LACERTA PowerCell for iPhone 6 (4.7 Inches) 3500mAh External Battery Designer Case / Protective & Slim Custom Fit Case for All Versions of Apple's iPhone 6 4.7 Inch (Not the iPhone 6 Plus 5.5 Inch)First, I want to make everyone aware that I have purchased many generic and name brand iPhone charging cases over the years, and of all of those cases I’ve never taken the time to write a review because I considered them “good enough” for the price I paid. Not so with this LACERTA PowerCell case.Negatives #1 - CANT CHARGE YOUR PHONE AND THE CASE AT THE SAME TIMEWhen you plug in the case to charge, by default it passes through the case to charge your phone, BUT NOT your case. You must push the button on the back to charge the case. there is no intelligence to this device, so after charging your case, you must remember to switch it back to charge your phone. To solve this problem you will need to have separate charging cables for your case and your phone if you want to charge them both at the same time. This totally defeats the purpose of having a lighting port on the bottom of the case in my opinion, and truly sucks.Negative #2 - CASE CHARGING MUST BE MANUALLY TURNED ON/OFF WITH BACK BUTTONI've stuck my phone in my pocket charging, only to find out that my wallet, keys or something else in my pocket hit the button on the back of the phone and turned the charging off.Negative #3 - NEVER ENDING FLASHING BATTERY METER WHILE CHARGING YOUR PHONEThis case has a 4 white led battery meter on the back near the on/off button. When you press the button on the back of the case to charge your phone, the LED's light up and stay on until the battery case has completely discharged. Not only that, but as the battery discharges and the lights go down from 4 to 3 and so on, the last light is always FLASHING. Try pulling your phone out in a low light public situation and everyone around you will see the flashing white LED on the back of your phone like a beacon in the night.Negative #4 - SOMETIMES THE ON/OFF SWITCH ON BACK OF CASE WILL NOT START CHARGING PROCESSI've charged both my phone and the case on separate chargers (which sucks to have to do, by the way), and then I undock both my phone and the case and put them together with my case turned off until i need it. Half-way through my day, when my battery is at 50% and I want to start it charging, I'll push the button on the back of the phone and nothing will happen, no matter how many times I push the button. The only way I can get the case to kick on and start charging the phone again is to momentarily plug the case back into a lightning cable. Once I do this, the button starts working again, allowing me to turn the case on and off.HEY LACERTA ! I BOUGHT THIS CASE SO THAT I COULD CHARGE MY PHONE WHEN IM ON THE ROAD AND AWAY FROM A CHARGER. I NOW FIND THAT I HAVE TO CARRY A CHARGER AND CORD WITH ME IN CASE THE BUTTON ON THE BACK WONT TURN THE CASE ON?!? This issue, along with all of the others I've already listed, seem to make me question your companies product quality control standards.

worth the money but could be GREAT.
Good not great! short and sweet. Works with the lighting cable. Good recharge functionality. The matte finish wears off rather quickly in blue jeans but no big deal. Not as easy to hold as the mophie case the back is a little too flat compared to Mophie. The biggie....when pluged in you have to select if you want to charge the battery or the phone and once charged it wont cascade from one to the next. so you can leave it plugged in all night and you will either have a fully charged phone or a fully charged battery but not both.

just OK
I was able to get only a 40% bump in my iphone charge form depleating a fully charged case, so it 1/4 as useful as my last 2 cases from other manufacturers. Maybe a quality issue? The case is also smoother/slippery and harder to hold on to than most other cases of any kind. As others have stated, the headphone jack hole is only big enough to accept the smallest diameter plugs and in the case of the OEM headphones, the plug must be removed by pulling on the cord because of the deep recess. However, the fact that you only need one lightning cord to charge this case or the phone is a bonus. USB communication also works through the case and this is a great benefit although the marketing material did not make this clear.
