Easy to put on
This is easier to put on and my dog does not give me a fight to do so. He acts like he likes it.

Important to have in an emergency
I have several of these for each of my dogs. I keep 1 for each dog in the glove compartment or emergency pack in my car. I keep 1 for each dog in a handy location in the house & 1 for each dog in my Doggy Go-Bag. I have dogs of different sizes & different muzzle types & like to have muzzles on hand with their names on them in case of emergencies.... even dogs that don't bite or have few or no teeth should have their own muzzle for an emergency. These muzzles work well.... have a decent fit if you follow the measuring instructions & are comfortable & safe for short-term use. I would not use then for a long period on a hot day or during any activity..... but they are great for emergency safety use.

Sizing selection guide must be a joke.
"Easy Measuring Instructions" the company boasted. I am a 4 year university graduate so I feel confident in my ability to read inches and follow 'easy' directions. So after assessing my dog's snout and matching his measurements to the provided chart, I couldn't believe when my order came and the muzzle wouldn't even slide on my dog at all. In fact, at the opening, which is the widest part, the muzzle just barely fit over my dog's bottom jaw! No way THAT was going to keep his mouth shut.I tried the muzzle on my little Labradore. While a bit tight in the muzzle for her it at least might have been used for short periods should I REALLY need it. Let me say, for an item that was dramatically too small in the muzzle, the "Fully adjustable strap with quick-release buckle" was so loose at it's tightest fit that a couple inches of slack hung down my dog's back. She quickly pawed it off and began chewing it up.Which brings me to the claim of "Quality grooming muzzle, a top choice for professionals" and "Strong nylon fabric" In the half a minute it took me to open her cage and take the muzzle away from her she managed to destroy the plastic buckles, put dozens of little holes through the fabric and then ripped one strap just about completely off in the process (we played a bit of tug with it before I got it away from her)Conclusion: Take your dog to Petsmart or Petco where you can fit a muzzle before you buy it. Even when we are training or disciplining our furry friends into silence, there's no room for uncomfortable or even harmful errors.

Good muzzle, but watch the sizing
We got this because sometimes our rescue pup gets a little antsy and nippy - he had an ear issue and we needed to clean the injury, but he wouldn't let us near it without trying to bite. So we got the muzzle, measuring his snout and following the size guide.Pros: it seems fairly comfortable for a muzzle (at least for the short periods we needed it for, which was only like 3 minutes at a time to clean the ear) and it's easy to use.Cons: it didn't really fit - it was too big (following the size guide) so he can slide his nose out, which doesn't make it useful. But we can't return it or exchange it for another size, which means we're stuck with a muzzle that doesn't really work. I may try to alter it by hand, since I might as well, but I wish it had followed the size guide better.

This mussle is great
My dog is small, but used to have a biting problem and barking problem. Used this mussle as a consequence for both night training as well as bite training it took a couple months. But now when she hears me or my husband get out of our room or leave the house she does not bark and only barks after 1pm, and no she has never been spayed. She used to bark around 5am everyday and I wasn't getting enough sleep. But this mussle keeps our relationship with our dog baby good. It seems harsh at first. But honestly it's really good for them. People when they see how good my dog is they ask how is she so good bc she knows so many tricks and only does what I command her to. But I tell them mussle training. She's learned patience. Restraint, and good character. And with the mussle she can still eat small treats lol, as well as drink a little. But at night I don't recommend putting the mussle on sometimes bc dogs are prone to throwing up at night. And on the off chance your dog is mussled at night and they need to throw up or regeratate something and they can die from not being able to properly. Just food for thought. So if they ate something different that you've never given them, or notice they've had diarrhea or acting funny I don't recommend putting on the mussle unless your a light sleeper and have your dog in the same room as them just in case.

Ordered a size way too small because the wrong sizing info is online
Seems ok except I don’t like how the material feels for a muzzle. Also have to send it back because the sizing info in the photos on amazon show caused me to order a size 2 when my dog needs a much bigger size. Photo included of the different sizing info provided with the product.
