So versatile and tasty
As a gluten free girlie, I am always hunting for something that I can eat that feels and looks like it should without giving me the rumbly tummy. I got a single pack of this to try in the grocery store and loved it so much I ordered this multi-pack. I love that it has a good flavor to it by itself, but it also really lends to adding whatever you have on hand. I throw in a jammy egg, roasted tomato, spinach, scallions, chili crunch, steamed veggies, really whatever I have. It's the simplest meal and I'm very pleased to be able to keep it on the shelf instead of in the freezer with my other gluten free stuff.

Great value for great product
Love those healthy ramen noodles. They are made out of mostly organic brown rice so healthier than other ramen noodle products. There are no artificial flavors or preservatives in the soup mix, and it is very tasty. Kind of salty so I use only half of it.

Bland, but as close to real ramen as you can get without wheat.
Flavor sucks. MSG has been proven to be harmless- with a few exceptions of sensitive people. The MSG scare was a racist attack on the Chinese immigrants who were opening restraunts. So I am very angry there is no MSG in this. And why does everything gluten free have to be vegan and low sodium? I'm already malnourished and suffering low electrolytes from being unable to eat wheat products. I'll forgive the vegans, it's thanks to them I have the amount of gluten free choices I do. But give me my salt for heaven's sake- the salt scare and low sodium fad was created by the sugar lobbyist to distract from the fact that it was sugar causing most of the health ploblems associated with salt. Very few people actually need to lower their salt intake, and those who don't are finding themselves deficienct in electrolytes since the Daily Recommend amounts of sodium are way lower than what the average person should actually be consuming. It takes me about 20min to prepare a bowl of this, since I have to make my own flavoring. The packet that comes with this tastes like chalk. But. I'll take what I can get, and this is the best I've found.

Jade Pearl, delicious
I became hooked on miso soup after my daughter made some for me when I had bronchitis. With lockdowns and health warnings going out, I decided to try to stock up on some more in case someone in our family got sick. A search brought up this ramen so I decided to give it a try. It's perfect. The soup base tastes how I hoped and the noodles are a bonus treat. Keep in mind that I did not make it in the microwave like cheap 15 cent a bag ramen! Because I'm unable to eat gluten, I've become a bit more adept at preparing rice noodles. Here's how I made mine - Find a smaller sauce pan and fill with water and put on stove top to boil. Thinly slice onions and carrots and put into the sauce pan. Warm canned peas in microwave. Once the water is almost boiling, add an egg or two to poach. When the water is fully boiling, add the noodles and use a fork to gently separate them so they cook evenly. Remove the eggs before they become hard. Once the noodles feel soft to the fork, check them every 30 seconds until they are the texture you prefer. Immediately move them and the veggies with a slotted spoon to your bowl. Open the seasoning packet and shake over the noodles and stir in then slowly add in water from your sauce pan until the broth is the consistency you prefer. Add the eggs and peas and any other toppings you like and enjoy. Yeah, it's more work than cheap noodles, but I promise, the extra work is worth it. You will have lots of flavor and a pleasant texture which some other reviewers said was lacking.

Formerly great product, ruined
What happened? I've purchased these noodles by the 10-pack for more than a decade. My latest batch is completely different -- the cooking instructions take longer (9 minutes recommended on the pack, yet still not enough, whereas 5 used to be plenty), the noodles still never get soft, the broth is cloudy, not clear, and the ramen noodles themselves are grainy. This ramen used to be delicious, now it is an inedible mess.

These are my favorite!
This is one of my favorite healthy, simple meals, and an absolute go-to when myself or my kids are sick. The rice noodles are a beautiful jade green (the package says it's chlorophyll...so it's like dehydrated sunshine), and a delicious miso powder with lots of seaweed bits in it. I add a thin pat of real butter to it to bring it to life and add a taste of fullness. I make the miso soup package ahead of time for my soup thermos if I'm taking it to work...but I add the noodles at lunchtime. They don't like soaking for hours in the broth..they get really soggy. I break them up and then add them to the broth in my thermos, and let them sit about 5 mins....perfection!
