Hi, it's suppose to be dry? I touch it and don't feel the glue strength at all. My temporary crown falls out when I drink warm water.

It will always seem to be somewhat pliable, not completely drying bit it depends on how much you put in the tooth and how well you are able to get the crown to re-seat.
