Been taking these for 3 weeks. They seem to help with my clicky shoulder joint; the joint is much smoother now. They are quite soft capsules and easy to swallow. As an added bonus my skin is nice and clear too - although, one should always be wary of "magic pills" of course, I wonder how much of my otherwise improved wellbeing is simply due to drinking more water and generally being more conscious of my food intake.

I've been taking these for two months now. Whether it's made any changes I couldn't really say 100%.However, I think taking them has reduced the requirement for painkillers to ease a dodgy hip joint and other age related joint discomfort.Not experienced any side effects or adverse reaction. It only happened once but, because of the capsule size I did have one stick in my throat! I think that was my own fault due to insuffiecient water to wash it down.Very competitively priced for a month's supply too.I have a further two bottles ordered and due fo delivery soon.

UPDATE: they do seem to be working. Stronger nails, for example. Can’t comment on skin, hair or teeth yet.Ordered two cans, both had the same issue: the top wrapper is of such stupid design and bad quality that the capsules stick to it and you can only get them off by ruining the capsules completely. Never in my life did I see such careless, not well considered packing for vitamins or supplements. Haven’t tried them yet, still have some of the previous company’s collagen left so I can’t comment on effectiveness. But I can say that I had to get rid of the ruined capsules due to their packing.
