Maybe a Tempered product as it didn't come up to its expectations of drying up in required time.

Lakme nailpolish don't smudge but this one mint green just refuses to dry up, and smudges up on nails.maybe the product was tempered with.At the same time majenta mix dried on the nails in required time did not smudge like many that ive bought
