Tastes like sugar
Contents of capsule taste like sugar, which I find suspect and disgusting. If I wanted to eat sugar, I would but I don't. EDIT: Upon research, I learned that this is supposed to taste like sugar because it is "a sugar" so I take back that complaint. Also, it seems to work. Gave me lots of energy. Do not take this at bedtime.

Natural energy and mood uplifting
I take this every morning and it wakes me up as well as a cup of coffee just takes a little longer. It also seams to put me in a good mood ready to go get something done. It does seem to ware off after about 6 hours for me. I may try taking one at lunch time at some point but was worried about it keeping me up at night. I did take one once in the afternoon and it did seem to keep me up for part of the night. Solaray has been a good brand for me as far as vitamins go. I have had problems with fake vitamins that basically do nothing. I found this out when my Doctor told me I needed to get my vitamin D levels back up and started taking another brand but when I went back for tests the Doctor told me what I had been taking wasn't working and that I may be taking a fake or wrong type of vitamin. I switched back Solaray and my levels went back up.

Quality Product
I am very pleased with Solaray Inositol Capsules. Many other capsules that I have used have broken ones, and the spilled powder is pooled at the bottom of the bottles. I have never had a broken capsule (or powder from a broken one) in any of these bottles. I feel confident that I am getting a quality product.

Inositol 500 mg
I bought this for my husband because I read in Adelle Davis that it helps with baldness. I started giving him 100mg per day. I noticed that he started to get some fuzz growing. Only problem is, does it all fall out when you stop taking the vitamin?
