This book is full of notes from the previous owner that make it almost unusable.

It is excellent

1st purchase by Brown-books was absolutely shocking customer service.Despite informing them promptly of defective CD, had to jump through so many hoops to get them to even acknowledge and finally had to involve Amazon A-z service after a week of back and forth to prove CD doesn't work (despite usual 28 days return policy for regular return let alone defective item) who basically abandoned me once seller finally agreed for refund. Now Royal mail lost my return which was sent by 1st class signed for as either party refused to issue return label or hermes return which returns more swiftly. Please AVOID seller and AMAZON WONT HELP, NOW HAVE to cough up loss due to all their stress and poor service. Don't expect help from AMAZON with THIRD party sellers. Gave it 2stars as won't update review as can't separate both sellers. DESERVES 0 STAR!!!!! 2nd purchase Book by UK Paperback shop arrive promptly. But CD doesn't work. This is the 2nd book that I purchased and both CDs for book 2 don't work. I havent returned as royal mail lost original return and just resigned to it to avoid losing more money on poor item but please avoid purchasing book 2 unless you don't mind having no CD. Other books of series so far CDs are fine
