TEKTON 7 Inch Diagonal Cutting Pliers | PCT00007,Red

This is the first tekton tool i have ever purchased and i am extremely pleased with the result. It is a very well built tool made of high quality metal. It cut through a housekey and a quarter with absolutely no struggle and no damage. This tool is very slim although the offset angle of the cutters does add some bulkiness. For such a specialty item at this price i am deeply impressed with the quality and usefulness of this item. Excellent for cutting hard to reach wires. Must have for anyone who frequently gets their own parts from the junkyard.

Best pair of cutters I've owned. These little puppies are super sharp and I've cut through barbed wire fencing for a year now and they don't have a single dent in them. Strap-on teuck will tell you they're the only ones that can get these but don't let them fool you. Got a pair for them and later on was punching myself because I got the same pair off Amazon for half the price.. same great quality and everything. Best cutter out there IMO

Bought these cause I have been trying to cheat on a common problem that new 1.5DCI Nissan have with a EGR pressure sensor pipe. It’s a stainless steal 3/16 line with a compression fitting and it buried at the back on the exhaust manifold. So my plan was to chop the line close to the union and sneak an 11mm deep socket on. Snap on wouldn’t cut it My MAC pair wouldn’t cut it but these CUT IT. Saves me about an hours worth of stripping

Pretty decent but cutting teeth not completely lined up which inhibits it's cutting power. They still cut fairly well and the plastic grip is good, metal is decent but if you've ever used snap on version you know what your missing. Still, a very good buy for the price you cannot go wrong.

I only use knipex at work. For home, I don't mind less expensive tools, if they get the job done. I bought these on a whim when my interest in tekton began to grow. I took them to work, put them through the paces, and do believe that these are great cutters. Ill keep them at home and will continue buying tekton, a great alternative to the less expensive Chinese tools on the market.

Cuts well, so far seems durable. I would buy again. I haven't had them long enough to know how durable they are or if cutting edge lasts. I plan to use these to cut thick cable and pull nails out.

I have been using it to cut small security cables, HDMI cables and tie wraps. So far the cutting surfaces are still in good shape. It arrived in need of some tool oil.

I was very happy with the performance and feel of this product and for the price is why I gave it 5 stars. I was an automotive technician for 20 years so I know when something is good or bad usually within minutes. I liked this tool.

Quality wire cutter. The handles are longer than most which will give more leverage when cutting thick wire

I use these primarily for cutting rusty steel brake lines off vehicles in for service. So far they are holding up well with zero wear on the cutting edges, and the handles open and close smoothly with no play. The long handles provide lots of leverage so not much effort is required to make difficult cuts.These pliers work just as I had hoped they would, so 5 stars from me.
