Very helpful aid for those with heel problems
Wasn’t expecting to be impressed by this product. However very pleasantly surprised with difference it made to my plantar fasciitis - it really helped. In my case it didn't take away pain when walking but it made walking much more bearable. Like product so much bought a second lot. Only thing I didn’t like was the sticky surface of the product but get why it’s there .. to stick pads into footwear. Using product constantly and highly recommend.

Can be sticky
Help with pain heel. You can feel these when they are in shoes. Tend to very sticky so socks tend to stick to them

Not as soft as gel heel-pads
These gel pads are on firmer side. If you have severe heel pain like I have, these are not useful as they don't provide enough cushioning. Good part is they have sticky side so that it can be attached to the shoe.

Walking on Sunshine
I bought the heel lifts for my partner as she has trouble walking due to plantar fasiitis, although they are not a cure they have made walking much more bearable, definitely value for money to see her walking virtually pain free again 👍

Great price and super effective against severs but the underside could be stickier.
These really do help my daughter’s severs. Have put them in all of her shoes & trainers and they ease the pain significantly. The stickiness isn’t great however so they do slip out when she takes her shoes off.

Brilliant
These are amazing!!! Stand on my feet all day feet and ankles always ache friend suggested to try these. I rarely write a review but surprisingly they are amazing. Put them in my trainers today at work and at end of day my feet or ankles did not hurt. Would definitely recommend.

Ok
I have a sore heel. These helped initially but after a couple of hours, they became flattened and I felt pain again walking on pavements in trainers.

Sehr gut für den Arbeitsalltag
Ich bin sehr beeindruckt von den gelkissen ich trage die seit ein paar Tagen und bis jetzt habe ich keine Beschwerden. Im Gegenteil es fühlt sich sehr angenehm an meiner Ferse und in meine Schuhe passt es auch sehr gut rein und rutscht nicht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
