Are there instructions anywhere that I can look at? I bought black ones. Instructions on how to use spring washers that it came with will be helpful.

I bought the chrome ones but, also, no instructions. I placed the flat side of the spring washers, one on each side of the foot peg, against the back of the mount. This gives you the bevel side of the washer to the front. I pushed the foot peg between the two washers until it was seated and then used a small philips screw driver to line of the holes. It worked well for me.
