Works.
Work great. Nails and hair grow much faster. Haven’t noticed any difference in my skin. Doesn’t do anything for nail ridges but my nails are no longer brittle. Large pills but easy to swallow. Smell and taste are awful.

I don’t know if it is these vitamins or what but I lost over half of my hair for some unknown reason and decided to try these. I have been taking them for over six months and my hair is growing back…I feel new growth all over my head. So happy!

Excellent product, clumping pills a bit concerning.
I've taken these for years. They help with my splitting nails, and help keep my hair healthy. The results are definite. The only problem is the pills in the container are clumped in a ball, and I'm hoping they haven't Somehow been exposed to moisture.

Growing
I have been taking this for less than a year but it is definitely a supplement that works. My hair is growing fast and so are my nails. Have to get manicures and hair cuts more often but I will take the good with the bad 😂
