Is it really 35 mg of zinc as shown on the label photo? That’s more than twice the daily recommended, for a metal. Or is it 3.5, which is more usual?

It is 35mg of Zinc. The recommended dose per day intake of zinc is 25-50mg base on what the product is being used for.

It just says daily dose of 500 mg of elderberries

Did anyone see an improvement in their immune system? Meaning, you saw a decrease in the number of times you got sick after you started taking it?

I think this really works. I normally get sick every winter with a cold. I have been taking this since last fall and I have not gotten a cold. I also take a multivitamin as well. I recommend this for those who want to boost their immune system and during the winter times.
