Is it really 35 mg of zinc as shown on the label photo? That’s more than twice the daily recommended, for a metal. Or is it 3.5, which is more usual?

It is 35mg of Zinc. The recommended dose per day intake of zinc is 25-50mg base on what the product is being used for.

Did anyone see an improvement in their immune system? Meaning, you saw a decrease in the number of times you got sick after you started taking it?
