Excellent TENS/EMS unit. I previously had the opportunity to borrow and use another highly advertised and very expensive non-touch screen unit. There is no comparison between that device and the Belifu AS8015 mini massager in terms of choice of modes (3 vs 24) or cost effectiveness. I have been using this about 3 times a day since I received it over 3 weeks ago and have only had to recharge the battery once. I particularly like modes 8, 12, and relax. As a person who believes in massage therapy, I have had almost every form of massage and acupuncture. This machine obviously cannot replace a good massage therapist. However, the muscle relaxation and pain relief it provides are quite good and can be accessed any time and as often as necessary at no cost. The updated downloadable electronic user manual and follow-up emails (from Betty) with PDF attachments on FAQ (problem solving), touch screen modes and tips on electrode placement were extremely helpful and made the unit less intimidating and easier to use. I highly recommend the Belifu AS8015 to anyone who is looking for a cost effective, robust and easy to use TENS/EMS unit.

I have to say I figured it was another gimmick that my Father was recommending when I said I had shoulder pain. He always buys things off the infomercials that never seem to work so I had my reservations. But I have to say this little older i-phone sized machine works. It really helps with soreness and pain that I get from working out and just generally pushing my self to hard. I hurt my elbow working on project so bad that moving it just shot pain up my arm. I put this on it a few times a week and sure enough the pain felt better and better each day along with mobility. And then working out really hard one day I re-injured my shoulder and sure enough it worked on that too. So I am now the one recommending a product. YIKES! Next I will be watching infomercials. LOL! About that actual product (Owned this product for over a year now)- they supply you with enough pads that it will be about a year before you need replacements if you use it all the time. Just keep them on the clear plastic after use and add a drop of water to them when they don't stick as well. The over all product is easy to use. Someone mentioned that it does have a lot of massage feature that is true but with all the selections you can absolutely find something that will work. If you crank the intensity up you will probably make yourself jump out of your skin so just take it easy at first then turn it up slowly until you feel it. Also the battery I have to say in mine is great. I use it all the time and it hold the charge for a very long time. I have put it on the shelf for a few months at a time and grabbed and it was still at the same battery level. The case is really nice because you can keep everything together and organized. The lock feature is really nice as well because I will put the unit in my pocket as I am doing things and it just does it thing. If you forget to lock it will change the setting so this feature is necessary unless you just sit there.

First, the good. It works well. It is easy enough to set up and start using. Seems to be plenty powerful. I have not needed to run the strength levels up past just over the middle of the range. I can recommend it, but there are a couple of concerns. The company's website where I registered the product didn't actually do anything at the time except thank me for providing my email and Amazon purchase info. I did finally receive a followup email a few days later. The "free" extra pads arrived by mail in reasonably timely fashion, as promised. I was a bit concerned because the company uses a ".CO" address. That's Columbia. The product is from China! The acknowledgement I had registered was a bit tardy. They don't seem to be using modern customer service software to track and provide feedback. However to date the product has proven good, and the customer service, while not light speed, is acceptable. Second, the build. The unit seems well enough constructed, but the case is made of a VERY slick plastic. Very difficult to manipulate without dropping it. Then there are the buttons. They are positioned in such a way that they are regularly pressed without intending to. Turning it off, on, adjusting power. The screen is also very sensitive and just putting it into a pocket can change time or mode randomly. UPDATE on this; there is a newer product manual which helps clarify the button uses and describes the use of a "lock" soft key on the front which address much of this concern. Then there are the cables. They function well enough but appear easy to damage. They have a plastic covering for the terminal contacts which fit very snugly into the case. Getting them in and out requires some effort. I have some concern that they may not last, and break if not handled with care. That said, I've been using the unit for about a month and they are still functioning as intended. Finally, is the very minimal documentation. What the various modes actually do is not explained. They are given a purpose (back, elbow, etc) or just a number, but the stimulation profile and pattern is not explained anywhere. UPDATE: a newer version of the manual is available as a PDF and addresses a lot of the concern. Still little info on the stimulation provided for each setting. Be nice to see a "wave form" diagram showing duration and intensity of stimulation rather than just verbiage. However the main shortcoming for me is that there is not any setting for just having it provide steady stimulation. That is a deficiency in my view, and the reason for 4 stars vs 5. It does work as it advertises and is quite inexpensive. The pads provided are good. I'm satisfied with my purchase, but wish it had an always on mode. Recommended.

You'll need a magnifying glass to read the paperwork to figure out how to use this thing and it's not very intuitive. Generally, I use it on setting 1 (aaaahhhh!) and put the intensity to match how high I need it. It's about the size of a standard cell phone, both in size and thickness. Fits in a pocket rather well. I love that it comes with 2 leads, with 2 other leads on either end. There are a BUNCH of pads you can use and the thing I love love love so much is that a case comes with. Inside the case, they have a plastic "page" (I don't know how it's called) where you can place the pads sticky side down so that you can reuse it. I suppose you could save that paper backing (I did) that comes on the pad, but there really isn't much of a need to do that if you're only reusing 2-4 pads. I generally only use 2 so far so this plastic thing is perfect for me. This thing is small, but packs a powerful punch. You can adjust the intensity to however much works for you. It can be set high enough to hurt, so before clicking that intensity button on the side multiple times, test each level first. If you get the intensity level just right, depending on where you put the pads, you can watch your muscles move all by themselves. Still haven't figured out what all of the modes do but for my purposes, the first works perfectly for me. You can even set & reset the timer for how much time you want to sit with it. For the price and what I need, I can't think of anything better so far. The one I had was good, I thought, but I really like the slim design and how I can easily slip it in a pocket or put it beside me the way I do my cell phone. Enjoy.

I bought this tens unit a 1 1/2 years ago, when I was struggling with a variety of muscle aches. Now, 18 months later, after a minor accident yesterday (luggage fell from the overhead bin on an airplane and landed on me), I’ve got some aches and soreness. I’ve reached for this tens unit again, and again it’s delivering relief. It has withstood the test of time and a lot of use, and it still works like new. Much better than the store brands available at CVS or Walgreens, this can be customized for listing on the body, intensity, and type of stimulus, offering a truly wide range of options from gentle to hard pulsing, deep tissue stimulation. I think this is a terrific product and would buy it again. When I purchased it, manufacture offered an additional pack of adhesion pads in exchange for registering for the 24 month warranty. I did so, but was skeptical that I would have my inbox flooded with junk mail. I don’t think I’ve gotten a single email from them sense. My point is that they are not bugging me to death and abusing the use of my email address. It was an great exchange for me.

This is the BEST Item I’ve ever purchased for pain!!! The 1st time I used it, my shoulder pain was a 9 on a scale of 1-10! Within 5 minutes my pain was down to a 4! By 15 minutes I had NO PAIN!!! Amazing! The directions are super easy to follow & the electrodes have better adhesive than my o previous tens, as the last TENS they fell off all the time. These Electrodes are on until You remove them! My therapist suggested leaving the electrodes on all day, just unplug them & plug them in again later! I was amazed! The adhesion by nighttime was as good as it was earlier in the day! Very Easy to Use, pick the body part you want to treat & pick the type of treatment & then turn up the intensity til you desire. As easy as can be & delivers exactly to that area what it needs! Plus it was Cost Effective! My first TENS had only 2 electrodes & this one has up to 8! Awesome! I Highly Recommend this TENS Unit!!!

Amazing product for the price and very effective on sore muscles or frozen shoulder. The electrode may dry up after few uses but nothing to worry about. Just add a small drop at the middle of the electrode gel (also available at Amazon) and it works like new again. My favorite is setting #6. Feels like good punches followed by rapid squeezes that makes my muscles shivers uncontrollably. I can't help but laugh while I have this thing on and be really grateful that I found this product that is better than massage and acupuncture that cost me over $1,000. I'd even dare say this is better than sex since suffering from frozen shoulder pain can be so excruciatingly painful & I suffered from it for at least 8 years and no treatment ever worked. No amount of pain meds or narcotics helped. I was about to resign and accept that severe pain as my daily companion for the remaining of my misirable life due to constant severe pain, then I found this by just trying anything I could find that might help...I discoved this item and my life is back to its wonderful glory once again. Pain is about 95%-97% less after using it for only 3 days. Life is so beautiful once again. I can't wait to go back to the gym and swim in my Speedo to show off my huge bulge and drop dead gorgeous body with immaculately flawless skin looking so sexy and seductive 😘😘😘

First off, if you want a really strong unit, this is the strongest I've tried. I only got up to about 3 bars with electrodes on my arm, and it contracted my arm and hand muscles so much that my hand curled around the control unit and i couldn't let go, nor could I move my fingers to turn it off. I had to pry it out with my spare hand. Pretty intense! The pads it comes with are thick, have good surface area, and really good adhesion, at least for one use. I didn't get to try them any more, because the unit unfortunately isn't as advertised. It says its four channel, but at the most generous its two channels, but really only one split channel. You can only run frequency/pattern over all 8 electrodes. That's 1 channel. you can change the intensity (amplitude) for 4 electrodes separate from the other 4 but I consider that still one channel, with split outputs. Being supposedly 4 channel is the only reason i got it, so it's a no go for me. That being said, if that doesn't bother you, being able to have 8 electrodes at once is pretty nice, especially for the cost.

Worked very well for my body and it is very useful, will buy again if Amazon got good deals.

I have multiple pain and done a lot of massage and Physiothrapy. I went online and saw this Belifu TENS machine with a very good review, so ordered one. I am using Amazon Prime account- just took 2 days then got the product delivered to my home. I like the size of the massager, as small like a cellphone. With a large touch screen, easy to use. I started the #1 mode, placed on my shoulders and lower back. It is so good that I can massage my shoulders & lower back at the same time, because it has 2 channels. It saves my time and I can adjust the intensity for my shoulders using level 6, but my back needs stronger using level 10. It works like the professional TENS when I have the treatment at my Physiothrapy clinic. Current is strong enough. I am still trying different modes daily to see which one fits me better. But for sure I will recommend to everyone for this machine.

Wow. I don’t often leave reviews but I’m making an exception for this as this TENS device is a real find. I’m using it for pain relief, however, it has 24 different modes which can also be used for massage, post-exercise relief & even one for weight loss. Other pluses include its compact size (it’s about the same size as a smart phone), a 10 hour rechargeable battery life, a large (& clear) touch screen with backlight, easy-to-use controls, lock (settings) & pause buttons, dual channels (choice of 1 or 2 leads for multiple area treatments), and plenty of choices of both leads (2 & 4 pad usage at 1 time, per lead), & different sizes of electrode pads; including several spares of each (leads & pads). There’s full & clear instructions included, & also a nice case to store it in. For the features, this TENS, at the price offered, makes it a great buy. I’d recommend this device to anyone having used it successfully for pain relief (giving pain relief I haven’t had in years), though, do check first that you can use it safely because of some medical conditions that recommend TENS machines are not advisable.

I love this unit and am extremely impressed so far! I have an older Dr-Ho's Tens machine and found this Belifu unit when I was searching for some replacement pads. I felt the price of this machine was very good so I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did! I have carpal tunnel and admittedly jumped into using the unit day 1 without reading much, and ended up triggering some pain in elbow somehow. I think I had the intensity too high. I did a bit more reading online and discovered a better way to place the pads on my hand/wrist and noticed an immediate improvement. I placed 2 on the front and 2 on the back of my hand/wrist on separate channels so I could have different intensities and used the Hand setting. I can't believe how much better it feels today! My elbow is fine now too. I really like how many different modes this unit has. I've also been using it on my back for sciatica and it's so nice to be able to switch up programs and try different modes, and even different pad sizes. I mostly like the Back and #7 setting on my lower back. I also love that this unit uses snap pads. It's so much better than my old Dr-Ho's unit because you can just easily snap free but leave the pads on to use again later if you'd like to take a break without having wires dangling from you. The Dr-Ho' pads are harder to disconnect and frequently I wouldn't, which just leads to the pads getting dropped or hitting clothing or wires, when trying to put them on while wired, and ultimately the pads get dirty. The oversized plastic pad covers are also very nice. It makes it easy to protect your pads without having to be overly precise. I can tell that the pads are high quality and will last along time but I also picked up some Electrode Gel separately, which really helps to prolong pad life and get them nice sticky again. I find that when the pads get too dry is when the message feels like it's burning. The Electrode Gel also brought my old Dr-Ho's pads back to life but I doubt I'll be using that unit much now because this Belifu unit is so much better! The snaps are also convenient because my kids enjoy this machine with me. It's so much easier to get pads in place on 2 people, get comfortable and snap them in afterwards. Having separate channel intensity and programs is incredible for this too! My kids also love machine. The hard carrying case is also very nice and perfectly sized. Most units only come with a soft case and I don't feel that would protect the unit enough or keep pets out. My cats sometimes get into my Dr-Ho's wires/pads because their soft case doesn't close. That won't be a problem with the Belifu hard case! The only improvements I'd like to see would be more placement suggestion pictures in the instruction book. 2 more small pads would also be nice. Ultimately, this unit is incredibly well thought out and just amazing. Shipping was also very fast. Even with the pandemic it showed up a week earlier than the initial estimate! I am extremely happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it!
