No bad taste and real results
I have been using this brand of L-GLUT for awhile now and I just love it. The taste is very subtle, as I never need to mix it with anything other than water. (Hint warm water makes it dissolve faster). It really makes me feel nimble, sharp mentally and energetic. My morning routine is coffee, then a teaspoon of this stuff and at that point I can't NOT work out, I'm buzzing!

I wish more people would give L=Glutamine powder regarding the stomach lining. Unknown if it is this, but no more of the shooting type acid???I am trying a whole regime of green powder/carrot/gelatin/this.... my IgM went up for the first time? Who knows Right?So I say, give it a go regularly for 6 months.... see what you think. We really are different. My blessings go with you.
