Ok but not great.
This does not adequately fit a 2001 tacoma 6 cylinder manual transmission as indicated. This includes 2 additional small hose fittings on the bottom of the radiator. I was still able to make if work by buying a 2 foot section of .25 ID hose and connecting the ports together. Also, it took quite a bit of manipulating to get the holes to come close to lining up. Also the drain port is not able to be turned (it's so tight I am afraid of breaking the plastic). With that said, for the money, it wasnt a bad deal and only took 30 minutes to install. It will keep my 01 Tacoma running for at least another 59k miles.

Does not fit.
They said it fits like the oem but its not. Its more hassle to return so i have to buy from oem dealer.
