You can magnetized or demagnetized if you want, just use the small tool wiha 40010 it comes handy with me.

Isn’t it supposed to come with a matching pouch?

There is no pouch included. I have been selling the 32093 set since 2006 and it has never come with a pouch.

Is the shaft metal with a plastic cover or just all plastic?

The shafts are metal all the way up into the handle (checked with a magnet,) and covered by plastic for insulation
