It comes in a bottle different from the one in the photo
I used to have a bad problem with blackheads on my skin, but Neostrata AHA 8 solution got rid of the blackheads and gave me a great complexion. I have used this product for many years, and I love it. My only complaint is that it used to come in a bottle like the one shown with a squirt spout, but the last 2 times I ordered it, it came in a different bottle with a screw-off lid. It is misleading for them to show the photo of the old bottle if that isn't the one we are getting.

I would not recommend this item if you have sensitive skin. Too much alcohol has been added to this item, which really hurts your skin. Be careful of the ingredients added.

THIS COMPANY HAS DEMOLISHED ITSELF BY CHANGING IT'S PRODUCTS AND DISCONTINUANCES
I have been using NeoStrata products since they first were introduced to the marketplace, through my doctor's office. I then continued to purchase the Oily Skin Solution since sometime in the 1980's. Why was this changed? I used this new formulation one time and developed within 2 hours, about 10 huge blackheads and I could feel the oil pouring out of my skin. Exuviance Clarifying Solution was my back up. I am not certain if this is available anymore, because I called the 800 number on the bottle and got a woman on her cell phone in Florida, even though the bottle says Princeton NJ. And I have called there numerous times. I could hear her dog barking in the background!!! What in ...??? I have never been more disappointed and irritated in my life. I could barely hear her. She blamed it on weather. I have a feeling that most likely had nothing to do with it. It is not 1970. The US is no longer. We have died. And this company? In the toilet.
