Great. Well made.

The handles are firm and fit my hands perfectly, allowing for movements that a weighted ball without them could not do. Also is different from exercises with dumbbells. So this is a good complement to more common equipment. Most of these types are at lower weights so I was glad to find one at 30 lbs.

Love it, the price was less than the others for the same weight. The handles don't look big enough on the site, but they really have plenty of room even if you have big hands. Very good for PT or whatever your'e looking to use it for.

I have the 30-lb version and I love it. The best thing is the rubbery grips that are comfortable and easy to hold. The grips are not hard and plastic-y which would cause hand pain. Nor are they soft and foamy which would wear out quickly. They are just right which is important for such a heavy ball. The rest of the ball is solidly constructed of firm plastic. This is not a ball that has any bounce. You don't want to be throwing it to another person or against a wall or floor. Its sole purpose is to be gripped and it functions perfectly in this regard.

We use this medball with our Junior High throwers at track practice all the time. It's constantly being thrown against a wall or for height/distance. While the med ball has held up well, the handles do have some cracks and splits in them. The ball is still very usable but it isn't as resilient as the j/fit 3.3lb Premium Handle Medicine Ball .

8lb ball with handles. Good for variety of different exercises. I bought to help with shoulder surgery recovery.
