Failed to scoop out from the jar
I recently purchased a jar of honey, and while the taste was initially quite pleasant, I've encountered a significant issue. After just two days of not using the honey, it completely solidified. It's now so thick that it's impossible to scoop out with a spoon. This is quite disappointing, as I can't enjoy the honey as intended. I hope the manufacturer can address this issue.

Not a white honey as described.
Not a white honey. Top layer is white foam type liquid with bubbles. I put 3 days in sun light. I never found this types of bubbles in real honey.
