I've had one of these for years. My husband is a chef and he uses it the most and he loves it. I recently purchased one from Amazon for my father. The price was right and he really loves his, too. Makes for easy clean up after dinner prep and I love how it saves space by collapsing into it self. Super buy!!!

Trust me, these are not "xtraordinary." Great concept but horrible execution. Sure, they're 10" x 6-3/4" - across the top. The problem is that your working area, the bottom of each bowl, is only 6" x 3-1/2", barely enough room to fit a piece of thin-sliced chicken breast. Silicon is flimsy and the bowls collapse much too easily, even just sitting on the counter. Bowls need to be larger, shallower and sturdier to work effectively. May be good for serving snacks or something but definitely NOT the "ultimate breading station" they claim to be.

I have used this product for breading chicken breasts and pork chops. It works great, it takes up little room on your counter and is small enough to fit in any small area in your kitchen.

The collapsible pockets for this kitchen tool are hard to clean and awkward to use. I also pinched myself on the hinge beween the sections. It seemed like a good idea but I wish I could have seen what it was like before taking the wrapping off so that I could return it.

A bit of a luxury for my tiny kitchen.The three units fit on a spot of my very small counter space.Dip, Dip, Dip... other times just Dip, Dip.Easy wash, folds up and stored away.Up Date, Yesterday I used two of these little lovelies to dip and bread chicken thighs in flour and egg. Don't know what I did wrong but when I went to take them apart, they stuck and egg all over, flour all over my tiny kitchen. I will suggest a test before putting in the breading ingredients... to be sure they will easily come apart.

This item was a replacement for a set of three plastic rectangular breading pans I used for years. When one of them cracked, I was unable to find the same type I had, so chose this one. It has limited room for breading, e.g. preparing a large of amount of eggplant for parmegiana. It also takes up more storage space than my previous breading pan set. If I ever find the same set I had before, this one is going in the trash.

It was a great price, but I haven't had the chance to use it but love the way it is made.

I am constantly using this breading station for seasoning small meats and veggies.Sometimes I place it in the refrigerator with meat and seasonings for overnight marinating.Then when you are finished it folds back neatly for storage.
