Quality and looks
I’m very happy with this machine. It arrived in excellent packaging, which kept everything safe and secure during shipping. The build quality feels solid, and the product appears to be 100% genuine and made from high quality materials. It works exactly as expected and delivers great performance. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well made machine.

Defective Machine and Poor Service Response
This machine is not up to the mark. On the very first use, it started emitting smoke and suddenly stopped working. I logged a complaint immediately, but the service team took almost 10 days to respond. After a long delay, a technician visited and claimed that there was no fault in the machine, after which he left without resolving the issue. However, the very next day when we tried to use the machine again for cutting grass, the same problem occurred. The blades started making abnormal noise, smoke was emitted, and the machine stopped working again. This clearly indicates a serious defect in the machine, which was not properly inspected or resolved during the service visit. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the delayed, ineffective service support. I request an immediate and thorough inspection, along with a proper resolution—either a repair, replacement, or refund—at the earliest.

Light and easy to use
So far it’s doing what’s intended to be. Perhaps the length of the cord could be increased to 15 meters. Plastic body and other parts seemed to be less sturdy than I expected from Black & Decker. Otherwise it is a great product.

Hassle free lawn mowing
Excellent lawn mower. No complaints and the best part is the cut grass gets collected in the case completely and it’s easy to detach and remove when full. Appearance wise also it great. I would say it’s value for money because it’s hassle free compared to the locally manufactured Lona lawn mover I was using. But then it was 50% cheaper!

DEFECTIVE PARTS
THE PRODUCT WAS BROUGHT ON 1 MAR 2022. IT WAS USED ABOUT ONCE A MONTH FOR 15-20 MIN MAX. ON OCT 2022 THE ARMETURE UNIT GOT BURNED. NOW LOOKING AROUND TO GET IT REPAIRED.

The product is good but the service centre response is poor very poor we had trouble with the motor showed it at Atul enterprise Jaipur we were told it will take one week it’s been 9 days and now they are saying one more week this just to replace the motor

Works GREAT, very little noise, don’t need to worry about getting gas, 5-height levels, use the grass clipping bag or not, no hurting your back pushing because it’s light weight

Great value for money , can’t fault it.
Really easy to build . The cable is long enough for our garden , the mower it’s self is easy to use , the hight adjustments not only adjusts the rear wheels but also the front wheels as well, giving a good clean even cut . The handles are cleverly designed giving a good grip and your hands are planted and have full control. It gives the lawn a good stripe with the roller barrel planted firmly on the rear . Great mower, can’t fault it .
