No. The one I purchased for my husband came in a clear little bag, the size of the watch, and in a white delivery bag. There was zero boxes involved, zero padding, zero any consideration. For a $100 watch, you’d expect more. Heck, the $9 watches at Walmart come in a dang box! Only reason I don’t regret purchasing the watch, is because the watch is gorgeous and my husband loved it. Extremely unhappy about the delivery and care this company showed.

What size tool is used to remove backing to replace battery or where on amazon can I get the tool

We would recommend taking the watch to a local jeweler or store to have the battery replaced.
