Does the vise mount in the center of price or does it mount to a table and does it come with scissors and bobbins and other tools

It mounts on the stand as shown or it can be mounted to the edge of a table. It comes with many tools such as scissors, bobbins, etc.

I’m not sure where it was made but I’ve had one for 3 years and it works great.

What tools are included...please list them

To numerous to list but includes everything needed to get started. Only tools I added are an extra bobbin and another set of hackle pliers. No materials are included.
