Tort Wafers Cocoa 80g

I decided to try this brand, now that Wetzel Tortenboden wafers are no longer available, and was happy with the result. I used these for a caramelized milk torte, alternating the light and dark layers. The wafers absorbed enough flavor without getting too soft - exactly what you want from torte wafers. I'll buy these again.

Perfect shape, great taste. The best!
