The description below the picture states that the cuff size has a range 8 3/4"-16 1/2" but the picture of the cuff shows a range of 8 3/4"-12 1/2" ?

I don't know the exact size but my husband has a very large arm and it works beautifully every time on him. At a doctors'office they have to use a large cuff but this works great. Hope that helps.

Made in China. Sadly we seem to no longer make anything in USA

Does it allow for printing of readings?

No but you can keep 250 historical readings for two people; 500 total. I don't believe I've seen any pressure monitorso with that ability.
