So easy to use! Works great! Holds a charge! Set up is self-explanatory, we did not read the instructions. Especially helpful if you have carpal tunnel, arthritis, etc. Just press the top to start, it will continue to run until you press again to stop. And it does not leak! We will definitely buy again if ever needed. Love this great product!

Sits loosely on top of the 4 gallon jug (same as 3 or 5 top) but very effective, fairly quiet, and good battery life! We get through about 25 gallons per charge.

This item lasted less than 3 months. Battery lasted long, like 2 weeks for a 5gl bottle but it stopped working after 2 months... waste of money

Simple. Easy to use. Works wonderfully. I’m on my first bottle, so I can’t really comment on the battery life. One thing you should know. You have to press the button again to turn it off. I, wrongly, assumed that it would shut off when you let go of the button. Got water all over the floor. Press to turn on; press to turn off. 🙂

Bought this to be used on a camping trip. Charged it the night before leaving battery lasted entire trip and was used by 10 people for hand and face washing and dish water for 3 days without fail.It would be great to see improvements on the spout. The three prong white plastic piece broke within minutes of set up. Still useable but we were constantly fixing it.

This is the second pump I bought. I purchased it in March and it was great. However a few months ago I contacted Leciel to let them know it broke. The battery just didn’t last long. I was hoping for a replacement because it has a lifetime warranty but unfortunately nothing. Otherwise when it was working it was working great. The first pump I bought still works great. I hope to get my replacement soon. Will update if I and when I get help.Update- Leciel contacted me this morning and has issued a replacement. Looking forward to getting it. Very fast response.

Bought in July 2020. Worked fine up until 2 months ago. Now it it doesn’t work at all. Lights turn on when you press the button but no motor running and no water comes out. Glad it was only $15. Wouldn’t buy again.

Works great, only wish is that it would snap on the top of the water bottle rather then sit on too if it

Good product. Easy to use but flow of water could have been more better. Water fills late. Takes time to fill.

After reading the reviews I was a little sceptical before ordering it. I had even ordered 2 manual pumps as in case of emergency failure of this pump. But since Aug 2021 it has been working without any trouble. It doesnot fits on the bottle but just sits on top of it and battery works for more than 2 bottles. Only problem is its noisy, I mean even my guests get to know that I'm getting them water.

Product is very good and it's an excellent way to pour water without any effort. Device looks small but does his work. Go for it.

The media could not be loaded.  Performance declined badly after use for 3 months. Now it is almost useless.
