Fits great. My daughter is in between kid clothes and junior/adult clothes so I got her the largest one and it fit perfect. Wish the tail was attached differently because it lays a little weird, but my kid couldn't care less.

Fits great, thin material and tail needs to be held up with fishing line- which is attached to the super cute, we love it!

3.5 stars. My daughter loves this costume and is excited to wear it for Halloween. The design is cuter than some of the other kids fox costumes out there (while still looking like a fox and not a fox-themed ballerina). The fit is true to size, and the fabric is the typical thin, stretchy costume fabric. The fur trim is less fluffy than the promotional photos and is not tacked down on the edges so it will sometimes flip up and show the underside seams which look quite cheap. The back closure is just 3 thin velcro squares, which again shows some cheapness in the construction. They will eventually wear or tear out of the thin fabric. The clear fishing line-like string that holds the tail up is attached to the top square of velcro. My daughter was a bit worried about managing the costume for bathroom breaks at school (definitely have the child wear something underneath - the costume is not made to be stand-alone clothing), but practiced unhooking the velcro and thinks it'll work fine. I'm hoping the string holding up the tail will make it through Halloween - I'll update my review if it tears out unusually soon. The tail seems heavy compared to the rest of the costume so without that string I feel like it will put a lot of stress on the fabric where it is attached and possibly cause tearing. Again, this type of mass-produced costume isn't going to become a family heirloom by any means so I expect it to break at some point sooner rather than later, but in the line up of "cheap halloween costumes" I'd say it is on the decent side. In any case it fit the budget and aesthetic we were looking for.

Cute little costume, ran a little small and after wearing it to school all day and then trick or treat, the seam in the rear end did blow out. But she got 3 wears before that happened so all in all, great. Also, be prepared for listening to your kids sing "what does the fox say" over and over and over....

My daughter wanted to be a fox for the halloween. This is cute. Exactly what we were looking for.

I bought this 1-piece fox costume (and accessories) for my daughter, and it was absolutely worth it! She even won cutest costume at one of her parties! The design is super cute, soft, and eye-catching, and she got so many compliments. The only thing to note is that the tail is a bit heavy for the thin fabric it’s attached to. I reinforced it with some extra stitching to make sure it stayed secure, and after that it held up great. Overall, it’s an adorable costume that photographs beautifully and made my daughter feel like the star of the party. I’d definitely buy it again!
