24 I believe. Heafty box lol. These worked good in the hospital, but the nurses had a trick of using a newborn diapers & packing them with ice... Those did work better, so when they gave me a choice, I picked the diaper made pack. These are good though, & you can't go wrong in being prepared @ home, especially Just after having a baby.
