Rugby brand of Simethicone gas relief gel caps has been my go to. I tried another brand from Amazon when these were out of stock, oh that was a waste of money. This has helped me be a lot less gassy and I love love love being a lot less gassy! My gas was not the best gas......and the whole house agreed my gas was not the best gas! Now and then I may have a little gas, but the whole house doesn't have to know about my gas 😜

It's safe to take as directed because it's not actually absorbed into the body. It breaks down the gas and gives quick relief. These four bottles of simethicone are a great bargain - cheaper than Gas-X, and a large supply that will last for a long time. Each gelcap contains 180 mg of simethicone, versus 120 mg in Gas-X extra strength gelcaps. Each bottle contains 60 gelcaps, for a total of 240 gelcaps in the order. A price comparison: Gas-X 120 gelcaps for $11 is 9 cents each. This generic simethicone is 240 gelcaps for $17, which is 7 cents each. Not a huge difference in price per gelcap, but these are a stronger dose of simethicone. It seems silly to write a review about an anti-gas medicine, but some late night when one of us is suffering from that bean burrito we ate for dinner, we'll be happy to reach into our medicine cabinet and have quick relief waiting.
