Very light to hold, as advertised. The power is strong even at medium speed and the temperature works as I had hoped. The only reason it didn't get a 5th star is the cost, but it is new and if it lasts 10 years, it will be well worth the cost!

Pricey, but definitely worth it!
I bought this hair dryer when my beloved X5 Superlite Turbo finally broke after 6 years of daily use. It served me well, and held up to travel back and forth across the country many times. I didn't think I could find anything better than my old Superlite Turbo, but my new Turbo AC is incredible! It's so quiet and quite powerful. My hair was dry in no time at all, and so smooth! I would definitely recommend it for daily drying of fine hair. Expensive, but a major time-saver and if it's anything like my last X5, it will serve you well for years to come.

misleading
I went to a beauty store and found a different version (X5 Superlite 1875W) but it was $35 more than it is on Amazon so I decided to buy it on Amazon. When I received this from Amazon I was very disappointed because this one is extremely heavy, the one I found in the beauty store was extremely light. The product is described as " Lightest AC dryer in the market" which is completely misleading. This one is the heaviest one I have ever seen. Do not buy this

Won’t get hot or even warm now.
At first this worked great. I just do a five minute blow dry only styling only my bangs at the most every other day. So it’s not used excessively. But exactly just over a year it no longer gets hot or even warm! I wasn’t going to write a review but this is not acceptable to me.

Light with enough speeds and attachment.It has a bit of a scream when we turn it off which I'm concerned about.

x5 hair dryer
It came in the original box.......it had rained and the box was wet. Product looked used.....I sent it back for those 2 reasons but also cause it was not like the one I have all ready so I ordered the x5 1875 which I believe will weigh the same as the one I have the 2000 was much heavier.
