Works great for digastric issues.

This is the best magnesium I’ve used. I’ve tried six other types and so far this only one pill goes down really easy with some water and it works. I don’t get night cramps and I sleep better.

Troubled with the inability to sleep through the entire night, our doctor suggested this product.
