Product is really Good I personally like it, but I want people to know that Display in OTG is not successful idea it is too sensitive, if not used regularly it won't work again, Once the display is gone "complete and permanent shutdown".

Best choice for begineers and good product I have purchased Phillips OTG 25 Ltr after lot of research and completely satisfied.Product is suitable for beginner as well for a home baker. 25 litre size is suitable for beginner. Product is light weight but quality of product, accessories too good and food safe. This OTG having two years warranty also. Easy to operate , easy to clean also. Product delivered on time, well packed by using two box. Outer card board box( just written name phillips) inside another green box which is having OTG photo , other details.( normal product box). Each accesories individually wrapped in plastic cover to avoid scratches. I received the product, accessories with out any marks or scratches and looks fresh product. Manufacturing date also recent. I purchased from seller " Cloud Tail" ,normally their price is less compared to other seller and amazon full filled also. Got this around 6k after bank offer Prepared Pizza ,egg puffs and came out very well. Cons: 1. Front temperature control and other knobs are rotating with a small touch. so we feel it is too delicate. but till now no issues. 2. Price is little more compared other brand but good quality, 2 year warranty, brand value, size 25 litre is justifing that 3.Even though the product comes with operating manual, recipe booklet. but operating manual not specifying what all vessels we can use in this. also not specifying which tray need to use for which dish. Even though some youtube videos showing baking in crumb tray but I found they given that is for collecting food particles and not for baking. They should inlcude more details in manual which will help beginner 4. While heating or operation, OTG making small tic tic sound. That is normal. I found this in many reviews and that is okay.

Did a lot of research before buying an OTG- popular brands are morphy Richards, bajaj, usha and prestige. But I noticed lot of complaints, especially regarding temperature control, which is the prime factor in an OTG. Philips has digital settings and beats all others at temperature control, a 98% accurate temp. setting. Easy to use due to this auto setting of temp. and time Toast, Bagel, Pizza, Bake, Broil , Cookies, Roast, Grill, Tikka and Preheat are the 10 diff. options & dat basically covers up everything you can do with an otg. And no need to continually monitor the baking or grilling process. With Philips, you dont have to be a master chef , so go ahead and bake, grill, roast, etc like an expert. However I wished they had a 30 litre option, a little pricey compared to bajaj, prestige , borosil, but worth every penny- its PHILIPS and its digital!!!! Ps: This is an honest review where I took a month researching and reading through reviews, comparing prices and this happened to be the best deal. Iam not paid for this though they should have!!!!

Nice product buy yesterday 17th Oct 2025

I had to return my first order as it was making too much noise like "tang tang" and the ordered again which is having very less sound which can be ignored. One star less for this problem. I made litti which was so good, saved a lot of my time and it's just like in our hometown. I baked according to the recipe book but to get the roast red colour I had to use gas stove for one minute each litti. Grilling 10 more minutes couldn't give the red colour. Overall litti were nicely cooked. Update after 20 days: Very very smooth operation! I am making those things which I hadn't even imagined that I could cook! It's performance is outstanding! I can thank Philips enough for this amazing otg! It made my life easy, fast, healthy and tasty! I am adding that 5th star, I forgot the inconvenience of exchange after its performance.

Value for money

I am writing this review after using it 4 months. It’s touch panel is not working properly after which I had raised complaint to it’s customer support to get it repaired but now it’s been almost a month issue has not been resolved yet. Technician came with bulb as it’s bulb button in panel is not working but actual issue was not bulb and then he said we’ll let you know once panel will be in stock with us meanwhile he asked me to close the request as it was too old but I clearly denied because it’s completely their fault as their response is very poor. So finally I would not recommend this product because its panel stopped working properly just after 3-4 months and their after sales service is also very poor.
