Simple, Reliable, and Works Exactly as Advertised
I bought this QCEs Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter to connect my older MacBook Air to an external monitor, and it has been a seamless experience. Plug-and-Play: There was no software to install or complicated setup. I just plugged it in, and the display appeared instantly.

Cheap and does the job
I got a Thunderbolt dock for my Mac, but it did not have an HDMI port, so I needed an adapter to make full use of the dock. This was inexpensive and it worked exactly as it needed to. It had one job to do, and it did it. I think it would hold up to use in a more demanding environment, but in this case it will sit on the back of the dock and do its job. On occasion, the dock loses connection to the monitor, but I think that is a problem with the dock and not the adapter since turning the monitor off and on again gets it work again.

MacBook Pro 2012 Compatible
This adapter works excellent with my MacBook Pro (Latest 2012). The data transfer is nice and it doesn't have any type of lag. The cable is durable without any issues. The picture quality is great and it's compatible with my TCL 55" T smart TV. The price is low, but the quality is excellent. It doesn't blink in and out like another adapter that I was using. OS Catalina 10.15.8 NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1 GB/Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB Graphics. I hope this information is helpful to others looking for a HDMI adapter.
